Privacy and terms, expanded

Clearer data handling, retention, and deletion — covering GDPR, CCPA, and India's DPDP.

We rewrote the privacy policy and terms to say plainly what we do with your data.

What changed

  • Coverage for GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and India's DPDP, with the data-subject rights each one grants.
  • Clearer language on what we store, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
  • The operating entity — Roushan, Inc. (Delaware) — is now named across the legal pages and footer, with Delaware as the governing law.
  • The line we hold, in writing: your code and your workspace are never used to train models, and never sold.

Why

If we're asking you to connect a repo, you deserve to know exactly how your data is handled — in plain terms, not buried in legalese.
